✨ Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

Domestic Shipping:
5–7 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Radiant Gal is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.

 


 

🌍 International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.

International delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs processing and local carriers.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

  • Radiant Gal is not responsible for international shipping delays caused by customs.

 


 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, if you need to request a return, please review the policy below carefully.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Items must be in the original condition received.

  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

 


 

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Radiant Gal does not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

 


 

Return Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If the return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Limited inventory drops

  • Worn or washed merchandise

  • Items damaged after delivery

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photo proof of the issue

We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
